Champions Tennis – United Airlines Named Official Airline Partner
United Airlines has been named the Official Airline Partner of Champions Tennis, which takes place at the Royal Albert Hall, 2-6 December 2015. United will brand hospitality boxes in their corporate colours and run on-court competitions at the event for fans to win flights.
“United Airlines is one of the world’s largest airlines, a perfect partner for Champions Tennis and we are delighted to have them on-board,” said Charlie Grave, Managing Director of Sponsorship at IMG Tennis. “On-court competitions are a hugely popular feature of the event, and the chance to win flights as prizes will go down very well with our spectators.”
“United is thrilled to be a part of this sporting highlight at the Royal Albert Hall, where tennis fans will have a chance to win flights to the United States,” said Bob Schumacher, United’s Managing Director Sales – U.K. & Ireland. “With 17 daily services from London Heathrow, United offers unparalleled access to the U.S. and beyond.”
Champions Tennis is now in its 19th year, and features some of the most well-known and popular tennis players of all-time, including John McEnroe, Mats Wilander, Henri Leconte, Pat Cash and Tim Henman.
