Champions Tennis – Judy Murray Launches Family Ticket Upgrade

Children attending Champions Tennis at the Royal Albert Hall can get tips from the legends on a mini-tennis court, have their faces painted, and experience the magical world of ‘George and the Ice Cream Castle’, all under the watchful eye of Judy Murray.

By upgrading to a Family Advantage Package on Saturday afternoon, 5th December, starting at 11.30am families can enjoy more than an hour of fun in the Champions Club, with spectacular views of the court, before the matches get underway at 1pm. As well as mini-tennis and face-painting, there will be nail art and hair braiding, games and puzzles, and an introduction to Judy Murray’s Miss-Hits, with a snack station for refreshments.

“Champions Tennis is a wonderful tennis event in a beautiful venue bringing together some of the best and most popular players of all time,” said Judy Murray. “I am always looking to encourage youngsters, in-particular girls, to take up sport and get active so bringing Miss-Hits to such a prestigious tournament is a brilliant opportunity to showcase what we’re all about.  At the same time, the kids activities on offer in the Family Advantage Package will really add something to the experience for families coming to Champions Tennis.”

The Family Advantage Package is priced at £22.50 per person (Children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum 4 children per adult).

About Miss-Hits

Miss-Hits aims to encourage more girls to play tennis. We aim to do this by making the sport more girly, colourful and fun. Therefore, Miss-Hits was born to try and introduce girls who’ve never played tennis before in a non-forceful introductory programme where they can learn all the basics. Miss-Hits is being embraced through schools, community halls and sports centres, as well as tennis clubs. By the end of the programme, the girls will be ready to join their local Mini Tennis programme with confidence and enthusiasm. For more information:
